Tannery
Tannery is named for a business that thrived here in Wevertown in the early 1800s. One that was in fact owned at one point by the man that built this house, Linus. B. Barnes. In those days it was called the Linus Barnes Company. Tannery is a spacious 2nd floor room featuring wide plank pine walls, a seating area, a rustic queen sized Adirondack log bed, primitive hand built furniture, hand braided rugs, luxury bedding, and private bath with wainscot walls and a generous tiled shower.
