Back in the day, Millcreek, located just below our property, was called Beaver Brook. On a quiet night you can hear the rush of the waterfalls on Millcreek next to the old mill that influenced that name change. These days the old mill and waterfall are the subject of many photographs and paintings. Beaver Brook is a cozy 2nd floor room with an antique full sized iron bed covered in a patchwork quilt and plumped with pillows, a gentleman’s dresser, antique chest and a private bath with shower.
